Biography:
After completing a degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering at ISEP, I briefly worked in the UK before returning to Porto for a Master’s in Computational Mechanics. Conducting thesis research at DLR in Braunschweig, I focused on vortices in a double delta fighter. Following successful defense, I became a junior research engineer at INEGI, gaining expertise in AQWA and hydrodynamics, and actively contributing to European projects. Seeking alignment with my earlier studies, I enrolled in the Von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics in Brussels in 2020. Post-completion, a recommendation led to my acceptance into the PhD program at VUB in August 2021.
