Biography:
Georgios received his master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Aeronautics and Engines in 2018 from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. Then he obtained his post-graduate Research Master degree in Turbomachinery at Von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics, Belgium in 2019. Later he worked at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki as a research engineer, focusing on predictive maintenance and noise generation of aeroengines. He started his PhD in 2022 at the Acoustics and Vibrations Research Group (AVRG) at VUB focusing on developing new methodologies for signal processing.
