Biography:
Dr. Sudha holds a PhD in Applied Chemistry from the University of Delhi, India, awarded in 2012. Since then, she has embarked on a dynamic career path, traversing the globe (Japan, Italy, Australia, Belgium) as a Visiting to postdoctoral researcher and scientist, engaging with diverse multidisciplinary teams and spearheading cross-cutting projects. Renowned for her passion, creativity, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and diligent work ethic, she is recognized for her integrity and management abilities, coupled with a strong grant writing tailored to client requirements, particularly in startup environments and for product development. She had received many international grants for her own research endeavors, while also contributing significantly to the valorisation and initial fundraising efforts of two startup ventures. As her career progressed, she developed a keen interest and honed her skill set in business development and research valorisation. Beyond her professional pursuits, she love to enjoy nature and travel in her free time. In essence, Dr. Sudha is a scientist by education, an engineer through experience, and an entrepreneur by her innate inclination. Since September 2023, she is a business developer at AVRG-VUB.
